The party venue was beautifully decorated and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our event was a success. It was the perfect place to celebrate with our loved ones and create lasting memories.
For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities for children.

Lovely lakeside location with a nice view. Well-maintained pool and sauna area in the wellness resort. Free parking available. Clean and spacious room with a nice view. Conveniently located near the highway for easy access to Brussels and Amsterdam.

The location is beautiful and marvellous, just a short walk to the restaurant, Venlo business park, and local shops. Quiet and immaculate units with an excellent view over the lake. - Great size bedroom and spacious private bathroom. - Nice pool.

Requested to have the burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom replaced on 2 separate occassions. This was not done during our stay. Did not like the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed.

Excellent swimmingpool and facilities. Perfect (comfort) room. Very clean and spacey. Quiet area, being close to the highway it didn't provide any disturbance.
Water from tap (in bath) was not functioning like it should, very little water coming out. Babycod did not have a mattress. Older blond lady in breakfast area is very bad in proving service to customers.

Beautiful setting, excellent breakfast. Room was magnificent and staff were friendly.
Although I had a room with A/C, some rooms at the same price do not. With unusually high heats during my stay, a room without A/C would have been unbearable. Also, be aware that if you need to checkout early, you must advise them by 3:00 PM. I was not made aware of this policy at checkin and almost had to pay the night anyway.

The hotel had a modern and well-built design, leaving a good first impression. the rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the lake. - the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. - the bathroom was clean and equipped with a separate shower cubicle and a large tub. - the breakfast offered a variety of options, including cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, yogurts.
The lighting around the bathroom mirror could have been better. The lack of a minibar or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms are spacious, stylish, and come with a modern bathroom and a lovely view; convenient location for exploring Het Aardbeienland.

Pretentious with horribly uncomfortable beds. The free internet access in all rooms was nice. Situated on a lake, otherwise not near anything else.
The spa. It cost 40 euros to have my toenails painted more poorly than I could have done myself, and that's what they call a pedicure. Wash the feet, paint the nails. Period.
